Yoga

The physical practise of yoga is one of many ways to support and nourish your lifestyle. 

​

My practise and my teaching revolves around our energy centres. To create movement that then creates openings and unblocks stagnant energy and physical stiffness and pain. 

​

We can focus on movement, breath work or meditation or a combination of all three.

Small private groups (2-5) 

Small and intimate groups are settings where I believe you can truly be supported within your practise. Because of this I have decided to finish up with my public class (for now.) If you feel called to have more support or would like to practise alongside your family and friends please contact me. We can either do these as one off sessions or make a regular block booking. 35 pounds split between 2-5 people.

1 to 1 yoga

Yoga classes create a beautiful environment for our practise and I will always love them. 

However sometimes we want to develop and focus on the subtleties, working 1 to 1 can help with your energy and your specific needs. We can develop a practise around your chakras and what you need in your life. Whether that be asana, pranayama, meditation or a bit of everything. 

Please get in touch and we can organise a 1 to 1 session and we can talk a little bit more about what I can offer you. 

30 pounds for 60 minutes.
